Refund terms
1. General provisions.
1. 1. The Return Policy (hereinafter referred to as Rules) govern the return of the Services on the www.chickimap.com website (hereinafter referred to as Website). The Buyer confirms the acquaintance with the Rules during registration by checking the box "I agree with the Purchase Terms and Conditions, Delivery Rules, Return Policy, Privacy Policy". They are also published in the bottom line of the Website.


2. Service extension.

If the Buyer informs the Seller in writing about any problems using the services of the Website www.chikimap.com, the period of acquisition of the Service may be extended in proportion to the number of days the Buyer was unable to use the Services due to the Seller's fault. If the Website is being updated, the term of the service purchased by the Buyer will automatically extended.

3. Refund.
3. 1. If the Buyer informs the Seller in writing, the money for the paid services may be refunded within 14 working days only if the Buyer is unable to use the purchased services due to the Seller's fault (no access to paid services, technical problems or disruptions in using the services, etc.).
