Refund terms
1. General provisions.
1. 1. This Refund Policy (the "Terms") governs the return of services and goods on the website www.chickimap.com (the "Website"). The Buyer confirms having read the Terms during registration or, when purchasing goods, by ticking the relevant consent box before payment. The Terms are also publicly available in the footer of the Website.
2. Memberships (service plans).
2. 1. Service extension. If the Buyer informs the Seller in writing about issues using the Website services, the service period may be extended proportionally by as many days as the Buyer was unable to use the services due to the Seller's fault. During Website maintenance, the term of the purchased service is extended automatically.
2. 2. Refunds. Upon written notice from the Buyer, money paid for services is refunded within 14 business days if the Buyer cannot use the purchased services due to the Seller's fault (access not granted, technical issues or disruptions caused by the Seller, etc.).
2. 3. The Seller has the right to reject a refund request if the use of the account is disrupted due to reasons on the Buyer's side (internet connection or power supply issues, etc.) or the Buyer's inability to use the Website services.
3. Digital goods.
3. 1. Digital goods (PDF files) that are delivered to the Buyer immediately after payment are non-refundable, as their supply begins without delay.
3. 2. Before placing the order, the Buyer ticks the relevant consent box and thereby expressly agrees that the supply of the digital goods begins immediately after payment, and acknowledges that in this case the Buyer loses the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.
3. 3. Quality defects. If a digital product does not match its description or has defects (e.g. the file does not open, pages are missing, the content does not match what is indicated), the Buyer informs the Seller by email at info@chickimap.com. In such a case the Seller provides a corrected version of the product free of charge or, if that is not possible, refunds the money paid.
4. Physical goods.
4. 1. Physical goods are currently not sold in the Website's shop. If they are introduced, these Terms will be supplemented with the return procedure for physical goods (including the 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law).
5. Final provisions.
5. 1. A Buyer who believes their rights have been violated may contact the Seller by email at info@chickimap.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the Buyer has the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (www.vvtat.lt) or use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
