Purchase terms and conditions
1. General provisions.
1. 1. These Purchase Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the purchase of memberships (service plans) and goods on the website www.chickimap.com (the "Website"). The Buyer confirms having read the Terms during registration or, when purchasing goods in the online shop, by ticking the relevant consent box before payment. The Terms are also publicly available in the footer of the Website.

1. 3. Intellectual property. All rights to the content of the Website – texts, games, methodological material, illustrations, graphic design, PDF documents, software and other material – belong to the Seller and are protected by copyright law. Any copying, distribution, public sharing or transfer of the content to third parties without the Seller's written consent is prohibited. Persons infringing these rights are liable under applicable law.
1. 4. The Seller has the right to suspend access to a user account without prior notice if the user violates the Terms, applicable law, or the rights and legitimate interests of other persons.
2. Memberships (service plans).
2. 1. The service is considered purchased from the moment the Buyer, having selected the desired service plan, completes the payment. A payment confirmation email is sent to the email address provided by the Buyer, and the purchased service plan is activated from that moment. For public-sector institutions, account activation is possible from the date the invoice is issued.
2. 2. The Buyer has the right to use the Website services without limitation for the entire period of the purchased service. If the Buyer has paid but has not received access, the Buyer may contact the Seller with proof of payment regarding plan activation. If the Buyer notices technical issues, the Buyer may use the service extension or refund option (see the Refund Policy).
2. 3. The Buyer undertakes not to share login credentials with third parties. If the Buyer loses the credentials or suspects they have become known to third parties, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller via the contact details in the "Contacts" section. Transferring the Website's paid services to third parties for commercial or other purposes is prohibited.
2. 4. Upon receiving payment, the Seller undertakes to activate access for the specified period, to respect the Buyer's privacy, and to promptly resolve technical issues caused by the Seller.
2. 5. The Seller has the right to change service plan prices (the renewal price may differ from the previous one), to temporarily suspend the Website for maintenance (in which case the term of the purchased service is automatically extended), and, in the event of significant circumstances, to discontinue the Website indefinitely.
3. Goods in the online shop.
3. 1. The Website's shop sells digital goods (PDF files, electronic methodological material). If physical goods are introduced, the Terms will be supplemented accordingly.
3. 2. Goods may also be purchased without a registered account (guest purchase) by providing a first name, last name, email address and country. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided – digital goods are delivered to the email address indicated.
3. 3. Licence. By purchasing a digital product, the Buyer acquires a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for personal purposes only (within the family or with children in their care). The digital product may be printed for personal use without limitation; however, transferring, sharing, reselling, publicly posting or otherwise distributing it to third parties for commercial or non-commercial purposes is prohibited.
3. 4. A digital product is considered purchased from the moment of payment. Delivery is described in the Delivery Policy and returns in the Refund Policy.
4. Prices and payment.
4. 1. All prices are indicated in euros (€).
4. 2. Payment options:
a) online banking and payment cards (VISA, Mastercard) – payments are processed by the Paysera.com system;
b) for memberships additionally – via PayPal;

4. 3. An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
4. 4. Invoices are issued and provided in electronic format to the email address indicated by the Buyer. Paper invoices are not sent separately.
5. Marketing measures.
5. 1. The Seller may, at its discretion, initiate various promotions and has the right to unilaterally change their terms or cancel them without separate notice.
6. Exchange of information.
6. 1. The Seller sends order- and account-related messages (payment confirmations, invoices, download links, information about service validity) to the email address provided by the Buyer. Newsletters and other marketing information are sent only with the Buyer's separate consent, which may be withdrawn at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
6. 2. The Buyer submits messages to the Seller via the contact details in the "Contacts" section of the Website.
7. Final provisions.
7. 1. All disagreements are resolved amicably; failing agreement, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
7. 2. A Buyer who believes their rights have been violated may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (www.vvtat.lt) or use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
7. 3. The Seller reserves the right to amend or supplement the Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the day of publication on the Website – the current version of the Terms, with the date of the last update, is always available on the Website. When purchasing or renewing a service or goods, the Buyer confirms the Terms in force at that time.
