1. 1. These Terms and Conditions for purchase (hereinafter referred to as Rules) establish the purchase of services on the website www.chickimap.com (hereinafter referred to as Website). The Buyer confirms the acquaintance with the Rules during registration by checking the box "I agree with the Purchase Terms and Conditions, Delivery Rules, Return Policy, Privacy Policy". The Rules are also published in the bottom line of the Website.
1. 2. The information that is provided on the Website, including texts, images, illustrations, graphic design and software, is protected by the Copyright law. Its use without written consent of the Authors is prohibited. In the event of infringement of the said intellectual property rights, the person will be held liable in accordance with the relevant legal acts and will be liable for all losses incurred by the Seller.

2. Acquisition of services.
2. 1. The service is considered purchased from the moment when the Buyer, having selected the desired service plan, makes the payment.
2. 2. A payment confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail specified by the Buyer and the purchased service plan will be activated from that moment in time. Account activation of budgetary establishments is possible from the date of the Invoice.
3. Obligations of the buyer.
3. 1.The Buyer undertakes to pay for the services in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules. The Buyer is obliged to provide the correct data, required to make the payment when paying for the services. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for the indication of incorrect data.
3. 2. The Buyer undertakes not to pass on his login details to any third parties. If the Buyer loses the login details or has reason to believe that they have become known to third parties, he must immediately inform the Seller by the means of communication specified in the ,,Contacts” section of the www.chickimap.com online store.
4. Buyer rights.
4. 1. The Buyer has the right to use the Services provided by the Website on www.chickimap.com indefinitely during the entire period of purchase of The Service.
4. 2. After paying for the Services and not having access to the paid Services, the Buyer has the right to apply to the Seller together with the proof of payment for the activation of the Service Plan.
4. 3. The Buyer, having noticed technical problems, has the right to notify the Seller in writing and use the possibility to extend the Service or refund. See the ,,Return Policy” for details.
5. Obligations of the seller.
5. 1. The Seller undertakes to be able to allow the Buyer to use all the Services provided by the online store www.chickimap.com under the conditions set forth in these Rules and the online store.
5. 2. The Seller undertakes to respect the privacy of the Buyer and to protect his personal information in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
5. 3. The Seller undertakes, upon receipt of the Buyer's payment, to activate access to the selected service plan for the specified period of time.
5. 4. The Seller undertakes to co-operate with the Buyer and promptly resolve any technical problems due to the fault of the Seller.
6. Seller rights.
6. 1. If the Buyer attempts to compromise the stability and security of the www.chickimap.com Website, misuses or violates its other obligations to the Seller, the Seller has the right to immediately and without prior notice restrict or suspend the Buyer's access to the Website or cancel the Buyer's registration in exceptional cases.
6. 2. The Seller has the right to change the purchase prices of the Service Plans. The price of the Service Extension Plan may differ from the price of the previously purchased Service Plan.
6. 3. The Seller has the right to temporarily suspend the operation of the Website during the updating of the Website. In this case, the term of service purchased by the Buyer extends automatically. Information about the upcoming Website updates would be posted on the www.chickimap.com Website.
6. 4. In the event of significant circumstances, the Seller may terminate the operation of the Website indefinitely.
7. Service prices and payment methods.
7. 1. The prices of the service plans are set by the Seller and indicated in euros.
7. 2. Services provided by www.chickimap.com can be paid for using:
a) Electronic banking system: AB bankas „Swedbank“, AB „SEB bankas“, ,,Luminor“, ,,Revolut“, ,,AB ,,Šiaulių bankas‘‘, AS ,,Citadele banka“, UAB ,,Medicinos bankas“, Lietuvos centrinė kredito unija, N26 and others. The PaySera.com system is used to process payments.
b) VISA, Mastercard credit cards.
c) By bank transfer.

7. 3. Upon payment for the services in the manner chosen by the Buyer, i.e including the funds transferred by the Buyer to the Seller's account, the purchased service plan is activated. Account activation is possible from the date of the Invoice.
8. Marketing measures applied by the seller.
8. 1. The Seller may, at its option, initiate various promotions on the Website www.chickimap.com
8. 2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally, without separate notice, change the terms of the shares, as well as cancel them.
9. Exchange of information.
9. 1. The Seller shall send all notifications to the e-mail address provided in the Buyer's registration form. By submitting their e-mail address, the user of the Website agrees to receive the information distributed by the Website at the specified e-mail address.
9. 2. The Buyer shall submit all notices by the means of communication specified in the ,,Contacts” section of the Seller's website.
10. Final provision.
10. 1. All disputes arising between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved in good faith. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania according to the place of registration of the Seller.
10. 2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time. The Buyer who has registered will be notified of any changes, corrections or additions during the connection to the Website. In order to purchase or renew the service, the Buyer will have to re-approve the changed Rules.
10. 3. The Buyer's questions, comments and wishes related to the Rules shall be provided to the Seller by the means of communication specified in “Contacts” section of the website.
