How ChickiMap competencies are mapped to the Lithuanian pre-school achievement framework (2023)
The ChickiMap child progress module is built on a system of 14 competencies covering all educational games on the platform. Each game develops specific competencies with assigned weights, so parents and educators can see which areas a child is practising while playing.
We have mapped these competencies to Lithuania's official framework — the Description of Achievements of Pre-school Age Children (2023), the same document Lithuanian pre-school institutions follow when planning and observing children's progress. ChickiMap games are designed for children aged 3–8, so our competencies focus on the abilities described for ages 3–6.
The progress shown on the platform is supporting information for parents and educators, not a formal assessment. The child only ever sees achievements and praise — detailed statistics are visible only in the parent and educator view.
